Who Am I?
I am a certified life and career coach committed to enabling and empowering my clients to discover and optimize their strengths and navigate toward personal and professional fulfillment and purpose. I believe that when we connect with our true selves and bring forth our natural gifts, there is no limit to the good we can do for our selves, our families, our colleagues and our communities.
Prior to fulfilling my own dream to become a coach, I spent over 35 years as an HR leader coaching C-suite executives and their teams, and leading organizational change and transformation.
As a coach, I share my authenticity, compassion, wisdom, and honesty with clients on the quest to connect with and live a life driven by values and purpose.
I am a wife, a mother, a friend, a woman with energy and spirit to share. I hold a B.A. in Business Administration from San Francisco State University and am a Certified Co-Active Coach and Associate Certified Coach through the International Coaching Federation.
I am a combination of sage and sass, a truth teller with heart, and I am eager to walk along side you on your path to joy, fulfillment, and impact.
